Your wedding day should be everything you’ve ever dreamed of. After all, you’ve probably been imagining this day since you can remember. The Jade Experience is here to make your dreams come true. From the floral arrangements to the honeymoon and everything in between, we’ll make sure your most special day is picture perfect. No detail, big or small, is spared our scrutiny! It’s our mission to make sure your wedding day goes perfectly, from start to finish...we ensure that with the below services.
Attire
All formal attire reservations for the wedding day—rental terms depend on rental site; pick up and return of rental items can be discussed between Jade and bridal party individuals, as required.
Attend bridal fittings as well as assist with pick up, storage and delivery of the bridal gown.
Budget Support
Establish, track and maintain wedding budget. Jade will work with you on how best to allocate your wedding funds.
Catering
Coordinate and manage reception cuisine, beverages and cake: tasting, design and selection, edible favours, custom beverages, etc…
Ceremony & Reception
Secure location(s) and work with provided venue staff .
Ceremony/Reception Coordination
On site ceremony/reception coordination will be provided by Jade. This is a service provided from date of booking through completion of events.
Attendance of additional event assistant(s) at the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception may be used.
Day-of Support
Hands on support from start to finish of the entire event
Etiquette Advisement
Experience guidance through the ins and outs of invitation wording, RSVPs, parents and in-laws, place settings, escort cards, toasts, dances, wedding gifts/registries, and the proper flow of your wedding and reception.
Emergency Kit
On your wedding day, Jade will have an emergency kit on hand for those little emergencies and mishaps.
Floral/Decorations
All flowers and other decorative items required for the wedding party, ceremony, reception, bridal suite, etc…
Jade will coordinate efforts with selected vendor(s).
Stationary
Style recommendation, preferred language, ordering, printing, assembly and shipping of: save the dates, invitations and all inclusions, thank you cards, programs, escort/place cards, menu cards, favour tags, wedding party communiqué and itineraries, directions and maps.
Lodging
Establishing reservation for guest room blocks (facilitating rate with lodging establishment)
Crafting and assembling guest welcome packages, directions, itineraries and transportation support.
Handling accommodations for the wedding couple on their wedding night, including added touches of fresh rose petals, champagne, candles, etc...
Make-Up Consultation
Assisting with the research, recommendation, and scheduling of a professional make-up artist.
Music & Entertainment
Band, DJ, singers, dancers, light shows, etc… and all parties encompassed.
Officiate
Provided options for an appropriate officiate or coordinating arrangements by one selected by the wedding couple.
Pre & Post Nuptial Events
Pre and post wedding day event support; bridal shower, bachelor/bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinner, can be discussed for an additional cost.
Photography & Videography
Sourcing options and coordinate efforts with selected vendor(s).
Present/Card Coordination
Ensures that all of wedding gifts and cards make it into the appropriate car at the end of the evening.
Rehearsal Coordination
During the rehearsal, Jade will work with the officiate and the venue’s on-site coordinator to ensure that all of your requests are carried out and all of your wedding logistics are addressed.
Rentals
Rental items both associated and unaffiliated from that of the ceremony and reception site; such as, but not limited to, linens, chair covers, tent(s), china, isles runners, image screen, audio/visual equipment, etc…
Transportation
Arranging for shuttles, limousines, horse drawn carriages, etc… at the most cost effective level.
Vendors & Staff
Complete management of vendors, venue & event staff prior to and on the day-of the wedding to ensure all items are delivered, arranged and finalized as the wedding couple expects.
